This building will be an icon of the future, a place of vibrancy where events, gatherings and culture can flourish beneath a backdrop of a truly 21st Century reflection of Kiev. The building should not be seen merely as a daytime event, but encompass the night. Like a chameleon the buildings energy exudes through its skin from within. The mix of solid cladding and, clear and colored glass, pulses with light, creating a beacon within the controlled environment of the surrounding urban fabric.
