The project of new Kiev megamall OLYMPIC PLAZA approved
November 25, 2003 a regular Kiev City Architecture and Construction Council session took place. The body adopted and approved the facade and inner planning blueprints of the new Megamall OLYMPIC PLAZA, which is constructed in Kiev, Ukraine.
The new retail and office centre will be built in the Velyka Vasyilkivska Street (former Chervonoarmiyska) on the square in front of the National Olympic Sports Complex, the place until recently occupied by an open-air market.

The Megamall will be accessed through the main entrance on the side of Velyka Vasylkivska Street, as well as through the escalator from the Respulikanski Stadium metro station.
Besides retail areas, the Megamall will provide spaces for offices, fitness area with swimming pool, foodcourt, retsaurants and bars, 7 screen multiplex, etc.
