UZTS participates MIPIM 2004

March 9 - 12, 2004 in Cannes, France at the Palais des Festivals MIPIM took place, the key international real estate event, bringing together decision-makers, investors and end-users from throughout the world.
Holding UZTS, Kyiv, Ukraine for the first time participated in this event.

HCM Group presented: investment project OLYMPIC PLAZA, first megamall in Kyiv, Ukraine, office centre PANORAMA and the Hotel Division of the Holding, which now includes "Opera" hotel, Kyiv, congress hotel ATRIUM, Simferopol and Ukrainian first city resort SPA hotel Kalinvka, Brovary.

Currently, UZTS begins preparations to participation in MAPIC 2004, International Market for Retail Real Estate. The event also will take place in November, Cannes, France.
